LOS ANGELES (July 19, 2013) –ATR Leveling USA is pleased to announce that it is now the sole U.S. distributor for Australia-based ATR Plastics, the company behind the innovative ATR Tile Leveler system. The unique design of ATR’s tile leveling system makes it the premier system on the market, saving contractors and consumers time and money during their tile installation.
ATR’s system creates a lippage-free surface and keeps tiles in place while they set. The simple system helps align tiles and delivers a professional finish in every installation.
Chris Krasny of Flooring Master has been tiling for more than 15 years and had used three or four different types of tile leveling systems before trying ATR’s system. “My first experience with the ATR on a large format tile enabled me to save a great amount of time and money,” Krasny said.
ATR’s patented spacing plates and spindle tool are the secret to the system’s success. An ATR leveling system uses 117 spacers to install 100 tiles, while all other systems use 360 spacers. The ATR system can also be removed without any force, so installers do not have to worry about scratching or chipping the tile. ATR is also the only system that does not require any special tools, while most other tile leveling systems require specific tools to execute properly.
