The need for maritime training is one of the most important mandates in the maritime sector. Financial assistance exists for both types of adult training ( regulated and development ) programs of financial assistance that people who enroll may be eligible if they meet certain conditions. There is a Committee which is responsible for managing these programs in collaboration with schools and departments concerned.
Other Training
Maritime training is not only limited to crew members. The need for training is very important in the administrative staff of companies (ship owners, ports, stevedoring companies, etc. . .) For example, in recent years, new requirements for safety (protection against acts of terrorism or criminal) have led to new training skills that are specific to the non-flying personnel.
