Dawn Marie Bates-Buchanan, Esq. will open the Bates-Buchanan Law Group P.A. office at 417 12th Street West, Suite 109, Bradenton, Florida on March 1, 2011. The Firm will be a Boutique law firm handling cases in Family Law/Dependency/Kinship Adoption, Housing/Foreclosure Law, Consumer Law, Estate Planning/Probate, Animal Law/Animal Trusts, and Bankruptcy.
Mrs. Bates-Buchanan, a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, has 13 years experience as an attorney, licensed by the Florida Bar and was been the Managing Attorney at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc, in Daytona Beach, Florida specializing in Domestic Violence Family Law, from 1998 to 2006 and was recently the Managing Attorney for Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc in Bradenton, Florida, specializing in Elder Law, which included Family Law, Dependency, Housing/Foreclosure Law, Estate Planning/Probate, Consumer Defense and Bankruptcy. Although opening her own office, Dawn Marie will also continue to work as a contract attorney for Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc. in their Bradenton Office helping victims of foreclosure fraud.
Mrs. Susannah Savitksy, also a graduate of Stetson University College of Law,with experience in Foreclosure Law and Real Estate, will be working for the firm. Mrs. Savitksy is also a Circuit Civil Mediator/Foreclosure Mediator.
