New company president, Ian Lazarus said, "This is a tremendous opportunity to work with one of the cutting-edge real estate brokerages in North Carolina. Successfully merging the companies technology with traditional real estate practices will allow me to keep Red Sky Realty as an industry leader." Ian brings over 25 years of real estate and management experience to Red Sky Realty Group. Ian has worked since 1984 marketing resort properties on the Jersey Shore. His positions held have included senior marketing and management positions for luxury condominiums, townhouse developers, adult communities, and Real Estate Agencies in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Ian has held a New Jersey Real Estate license since 1985. He has also held his CRS designation since 1996. He has also served as Sales Director for Landis Co., www.landisco.com, based in Sea Isle City. During his tenure as Sales Director, Landis Co. was able to consistently increase its market share in a tough Sea Isle City real estate market. In 2008 Ian served as President of The Cape May County Association of REALTORS, www.cmcaor.org. "Ian brings tremendous experience and energy to Red Sky Realty Group. We are fortunate to add someone with his years of success to our management team. He will continue to keep us at the forefront of the real estate industry," says Kevin O'Brien, former President of Red Sky Realty Group. Kevin will now assume a role as Vice President of Operations.
