	Licensed RE broker since 1968. Initially in Alaska, since 1970 in New Mexico. Long term experienced hotel owner and operator since 1973. Limited minimnal food & beverage experience. Lobby store / gift shop retail. Limited nutrition network marketing experience. Enrolled about 200 people total over 3 year period.
