Christian Masson is a Trainer, Consultant and professional speaker in Referral Marketing.

In 2005 he joined BNI (Business Network Int’l), the BNI Laval Affaires Plus chapter in Laval Québec, Canada. BNI is The World's Largest Referral Organization. On weekly basis members have the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals trough a professional business networking process where each member finds referrals for the others, looking within their own respective networks. Just a few months after joining BNI he became education coordinator coordinating the networking education component of meeting consistent with goals of the Leadership Team. Then Ambassador overseeing the good standing of a few chapters, and assistant-director for BNI Québec, starting new BNI Chapters, using a Systematic program of BNI’s best practices.
In April 2008 is started the largest chapter ever in Québec with 22 members. BNI Affaires Rive Nord
In March 2008 Christian was voted by his fellow Members of BNI Laval Affaires Plus : Most Valuable Player in 2007
In May 2008 at BNI Canada national conference he won recruit of the year awards for 2007-08 and Outstanding Performance for new chapter development for 2007-08
To perfect himself in referral marketing he took the Certified Networker program from the Referral Institute of Montreal and graduated in June 2007. Seeing the potential and the need to share that knowledge, in November 2007 he flew to Novato California to take is Certified Networker Trainer Certification. Learning from the best: Tom Fleming, Denise Praul, Mike Macedonio and Down Williams
