Jason Knight has a career that is filled with landmark achievements, aggressive goals and the highest ethical standards. While living in Michigan, Jason’s educational achievements began with an early high school graduation (from Avondale Senior High) followed by obtaining a four-year degree in just two years (from Northwood University). Jason accomplished this with a double major in Business Management and Economics along with five minors that include accounting, language arts, international business, and mathematics and computer science.
At 19, Jason was the youngest independent financial advisor for American Express and was honored with the Mercury and Jupiter Awards, prestigious recognition for outstanding performance during the year. These were followed in later years with a Presidential Recognition Award for excellence in advice and service.
After a successful 7+ year career in the financial services field, Jason started Liberty Payroll & Benefit Solutions in August of 2002 to address the rising demand from business owners for government compliance support with integrity. After several years of building a highly respected and rapidly growing payroll & HR brokerage firm, Jason set out in 2007 (with the help of others) to develop what is now known as Human Capital Strategies. Jason’s win/win philosophy and passion for excellence is the cornerstone for his business and has elevated him to one of the leading producers in the Southwest.
Jason’s total commitment to serving his customers and his history of setting the highest standards for himself assure his ongoing success in any endeavor.
Jason lives in Mesa with his wife Lisa, daughter McKenna, son Caleb and dog Hilda and enjoys soccer, racquetball, theatre, traveling & SCUBA diving.

Graduated with a 4 year degree in 2 years as the class salutatorian. I earned a double major with 5 minors - international business, accounting, language arts, mathematics & computer science and social science.
I was a founding member of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity on campus. I played on the soccer team and coach a 12 year old boys team.
