Bio
	Mitch Helfer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the State of Florida since 1991, with two decades of experience combined, professional experience with various smaller-local, mid-sized regional and large-international public accounting organizations and financial institutions. He is a graduate of Florida International University and has earned a Masters Degree in Accounting, a Masters Degree in Taxation, and Certification in Internal Auditing. He has also attained the accredited Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has extensive experience in providing tax and management advisory services to a wide variety of service industries with concentrations in real estate, healthcare, law firms and other professional service organizations. He provides management advisory services to entrepreneurs and growth-oriented companies and business sale and acquisition services.
