I have worked in the customer service and computer support industries for 33 years, and my goal has always been to provide excellence in my work, and respect and understanding for the needs of others. My organizational and analytical skills are valuable in understanding a customer's needs, formulating the right solution, implementing the solution, and maintaining and measuring the results. In the world of technology, my strength is being able to take the fear out of the multitude of choices, discuss options in plain English, and provide our customers with the best solution for their needs. In the community, I am committed to being actively involved in the organizations with which I am associated because I believe one has to give first in order to receive. I believe that the strength of our economy is solidly placed on the foundation of small businesses, and my efforts all focus on the growth and enrichment of our community through the success of small businesses.
